What is the minimum price to run a website design contest ?

The minimum price to pay in order to run a Contest on BestCreativity depends on the type of creative request. In general, starting prices are 150-200 €. BestCreativity recommends website design contest holders not to sacrifice quality for money. The most popular website design contest showing the best results for the Contest holder are of course those with appealing budgets. The higher the prize for the winning designer, the higher the number of participating designers and the higher the quality of the proposals. What is the duration of a website design contest?

All projects run on BestCreativity have a duration of exactly 8 days. This is the time frame within designers can submit proposals in response to a website design contest. If you have different needs please feel free to contact us and agree for a different duration.

What files should the winning designer provide to the Contest Holder?

BestCreativity recommends Contest Holders to ask always for a vector format and an uncompressed version of the winning design. The "Design Handover" tab enables the Contest Holder to communicate to the winning designer what kind of file format it expects. BestCreativity recommends clients to specify in the text of the website design contest brief the type of format that it will be required to the winning designer. This will allow participating Creators to prepare the right file from the start.
What happens after the winner is chosen?

Immediatley after the selection of the winner, the Contest Holder and the winning designer will go together through the last stage of the Contest called "Design Handover". A new tab with the same name will become active inside the user accounts of the two parties involved. Here is where the designer will be asked to upload the files corresponding to the wining design. On the other side, the Contest Holder can download the files and confirm receipt. Whenever the Contest Holder receives the files the website design contest is definitely closed and the designer becomes entitled to the Contest prize.
