The only payment method used by BestCreativity to pay winning designers is PayPal. Contest Holders are required to pay upfront in order to give the winning designer the guarantee of getting paid for their work, unless the Contest Holder asks specifically for a refund, in that case the winner gets € 50 anyway. Winning Designers are paid every week, usually on Friday, for contests closed by Contest Holders that week. To avoid any payment issues, ideally designers should register to BestCreativity using the same email address used for their PayPal accounts. Winning Designers become entitle to the project budgets only after the handover stage has been completed.
